Living in Florida, you quickly learn to perform AC maintenance regularly as there is nothing worse than your AC going on the fritz in the middle of summer and the AC repair guys being booked out for days. I try to clean my AC drain line every few months to make sure buildup doesn't form and cause an overflow. So far, I've used a bottle of this and it seems to be working just as well as the more expensive brand I've been buying from my local hardware store. The bio-enzymatic formula is supposed to eat away at the algae and sludge that forms in the line, and I haven't had any clogs since starting to use it. $19 for two bottles is a pretty fair value, but I like to add a good amount of vinegar to the drain line first, wait a bit, then add 2/3rds of the bottle. This way I get 3 applications out of each bottle and save a bit more. Been doing it for a while now and it works great, no issues with water backing up or that musty smell that comes from a dirty drain line.
