What types of Leaks are covered under the guarantee?

If the system holds its refrigerant charge for at least 7 days and our product doesn’t seal the leak, we will send you a free dose with your next order.

What types of leaks are covered?

Systems that lose their refrigerant charge in UNDER 7 days may have leaks too large for our sealant and are not covered. Also, systems that are currently FLAT (not holding pressure) are not covered because it is impossible to determine the leak size in this situation.

How long is the guarantee period?

Our guarantee is limited to 3 months from the injection date. If the system starts to leak again after 3 months, additional leaks may have appeared in the system (especially in cases of coil wall thinning or formicary corrosion) and this is not covered.

Who is covered under the guarantee?

Our guarantee applies to all orders placed by service professionals on leaksavers.com.

Did the refrigerant charge hold for at least 7 days?

The Leak Saver Guarantee does not cover products used on systems that do not hold a charge for at least 7 days as this indicates that the leak is too large for the application of a Leak Sealant. The Leak Saver Guarantee only applies for orders placed by service professionals on leaksaver.com.
