Works--Concentrated

This one quart bottle can be added to a gallon jug and filled with water to make one gallon of cleaning solution. It works well and I have no complaints about how it cleaned our outside AC fins. Would recommend.

Excellent coil cleaner

I have a larger home with several exterior AC units that need regular cleaning. With this product I was able to clean two of them. It works well if you have a sprayer or foam gun that you can use to mix the concentrate with. I made sue to follow the instructions are let the foam site for at least 10 minutes before spraying off and the results were definitely noticeable.

I tried a lot of coil cleaners and this is the best one.

Better working and more economical over the foam sprays out of a can. You just mix to proportions and spray it on the coils with a bottle sprayer. You will not see the foam at first, but it really will turn to foam pulling out all the dirt and debris through the products capillary action. It even takes off the oxidation as well. Best coil cleaner out of the dozens I have used over the years.

Cleaning

Seemed to clean well. I used one bottle on a large unit and a small unit. That was all the cleaner in the bottle. The small unit was quite dirty and did clean. The big unit was not very dirty so I only noticed a small amount of dirt coming off. Followed the directions on the bottle.

Works great and is way cheaper than those aerosol cans

This goes a lot farther than any of those aerosol cans. Just make sure you mix it properly so its not too "hot". If you live in an area with a lot of pollen and other flying debris, then this is a must have item. I have to clean a few mini-splits every two months around here or they'll clog up. This stuff foams up great and I don't need any crazy equipment to clean the coils.
